Hillside’s Pat O’Neil to become 45th recipient of the Carl Lundholm Memorial Award

posted Jan 16, 2015, 5:00 AM by Hillside PTO

On Sunday, February 8th at “The Leaders: A Celebration of New Hampshire Sports Champions” banquet, Pat will accept the Carl Lundholm award for service to youth and athletics in New Hampshire.

Pat has spent a lifetime volunteering in the Manchester community helping kids.  Hillside has been lucky to have Pat with them for 15 years.  Currently he is teaching in the English Language Learners program at Hillside.

In addition to teaching, Pat is currently involved with the incredible B.R.I.N.G. I.T.!!! program, Manchester Boys’ and Girls’ Club Alumni Association Volunteer; N.H. CYO Shawn O’Neil Memorial Golf Tournament Volunteer; Dan Duval Charitable Trust Memorial Golf Tournament Volunteer and so much more.

Patrick O'Neil gives without conditions.  Yes, he has coached countless numbers of kids.  More importantly, Pat has helped and supported more people than any of us will ever know.  Pat does not expect things in return.  He does not seek recognition. He just does the right thing by his neighbor.  And your neighbor.  And mine! Pat personifies selflessness, and he is a huge part of Hillside's success.

Congratulations to Pat O'Neil!
