Congrats to the whole Hillside Track and Field Team. Several students qualified for the State Meet of Champions based on the scores they earned during the season.
Here are some of their accomplishments.
Liam Patten came in 1st for the 400m and broke the state record! He also placed 1st in Long Jump and was the anchor in the boys 4x4 which also finished 1st. He was the Meet of Champions MVP for the meet!
Sadie Mungere- finished 2nd in high jump!
Ella Giuliano- finished 3rd in shot put!
Taylor Morin- Finished 3rd place in discus!
Myles Mara- finished 3rd in hurdles, 2nd in long jump, and 3rd in the 200m
Charlie Holmes- finished 1st in the high jump for boys with a high of 5'8
