If your child will be absent from school today, please complete this form. You do not need to call the attendance office after submitting the form. Please submit one form for each student who will be absent.
Attendance is closely linked to academic performance. We encourage students to check in with their team teachers after an absence to catch up on missed work. If you need support around attendance, your student's school counselor is available to help.
"Submitting this form notifies the school of the reported absence. The school will determine whether the absence is excused in accordance with district attendance procedures."
