Algebra Boot Camp (Remote/Online)
SUM + THING is coming Summer 2021…
What: SUMmer FUN Boot Camp for current MSD 8th and 9th Grade Algebra students
The Manchester School District and Southern New Hampshire University have partnered to offer a summer virtual boot camp to provide algebra enrichment for any interested students and families. In addition, interdisciplinary Problem Based Learning (PBL) Opportunities such as STEM challenges will be offered TOO!
Your students would work with SNHU faculty and Masters of Education Clinical Education Students. They will learn about your student in June with a survey or interview and then build lessons to meet each student’s enrichment needs. The program will offer engaging authentic problems to solve across content which your student can tackle alone or in small groups.
Where: Given current information, at this point in time the learning will be online with synchronous and asynchronous activities.
When: There are two sessions available:
Session A: 2 weeks – Monday through Thursday July 5th through July 15th
